Bad Points
The unit was a lemon from the start. After having it off to repairs 3 times (the standard before a unit is replaced), it took 13 weeks, many phone calls and having to resend faxes to Samsung to get a replacement unit and the one offered was $100 cheaper than what we paid.
General Comments
The Samsung DVD R130 machine was useless - many DVD's became a frisbee because it didn't work properly, my time and expense in getting the unit serviced 3 times and the lack of customer service from Samsung - loosing faxes, not calling back and then offering a cheaper unit just was lousy - doesn't any of these big companies worry about customer service anymore?
