Been with supanet for 4 years and was promised broadband 6months ago and still waiting for a modem. when I called to cancel they told me i was active on broadband!!! and if i wished to cancel i would have to pay the rest of my 18month contract....a contact that i did not take out. i am currently trying to leave them they are an awful ISP, i had 12 different numbers to try and cancel with them and not one person could help me! the worst communication problems i have ever experienced with any company! how are they still afloat?? god only knows! for a more positive broadband experience GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!
avoid at all cost not good value for money either, extremely below average customer service advisor's, few and far between UK based advisor's apart from this they arer unhelpful. bad bad bad ISP realy bad......awful :(
