They do get back to you, honest!
It just takes them 3 months to.
Wanted to really splash out on a big children's birthday party with at least two activities etc. Place looked ideal as although we go to the Snowdome in Tamworth a lot - Manchester's a lot nearer for us. Well we tried to spend loads of money with them, honest we did - umpteen phonecalls, none of which were answered so resorted to emails. Likewise no response until our third finally did get answered! Shame it was THREE months later - I kid you not. Reading the rest of the reviews on here boy am I glad now. Snowdome here we come.
