Non-stop action.
Incredibly stupid plot and a totally ridiculous ending. I didn't know whether I should laugh or cry when our hero and heroin were saved by sub sea volcano, erupting just at the right time (sorry about the spoiler). But hey, we should probably expect stuff like this from a writer who tosses heroes out of helicopters from 3000 feet without shutes and lets them land without so much as a heavy breathing in the Tiber (Angels and Demons).
Brown has given Rachel an IQ in the mensa range, and still lets her miss conclusions and deductions that would be obvious even to the dullest of us.
1 point for the pace. Reading "Deception Point" was the a true waste of time.
