After having my wing mirror wiped off by a truck I contacted Swiftcover Insurance. I gave them the details of the driver and his number and company. This was on 1/11/07 I am still waiting in the mean time I have been ringing for updates as they don't bother to tell you!. I received absolutely outrageous customer service from the customer service rep who spoke to me like I was 10 and would not let me get a word in edgeways. I placed a complaint twice and have still not heard regarding my complaint that was placed in Dec 07, it is now feb 08 I'm sure 28 days is the necessary time for complaints to be answered I am moving insurance companies! I am appalled to not have received a reply to my complaint. They may be the cheapest company however there customer service leaves something to be desired!
