Good Points

There are none. This product do not do what they claim they will do. such as burn dvd disc. the one i had never did burn dvd's correctly. the hardware and software they provided for product never functioned correctly.

corporation appears to sell products that do not do as they advertise. support system for customers is non-existent. the hardware and software they provided for product never functioned correctly.


General Comments

Lite on appears to sell products that do not do as they advertise. It never worked as it was suppose to. This corporations support system for customers is non-existent. I tried several e-mails to there supposed support e-mail address. i never heard anything back from them. i would advise anyone that reads this not to buy any products from the Lite-on corporation brand.
