General Comments

As I landed a really well paid job and was changing from weekly temp wages to monthly - I told my bank and all the organisations I pay bills to - to change my payment dates to suit payday. All said OK. 3 then messed up and debited before my wages went in. RBS slapped over £300 of charges on my account which for 6 years has been run well. So much for the Direct Debit Guarantee and so much for customer service. I'm being blamed and charged through the nose - RBS wont budge despite the fact I have NO money for food for a month. It feels like a conspiracy.
