I have had one very helpful member of staff in a branch.
Bad Points
* I have several times withdrawn money from my account over the counter and not been asked for ID at all.
*it takes a month to change any address.
*random blocks were put on my account for no reason, leaving me stranded in on holidays with no money of 24 hours.
*impossible to get internet and phone banking.
*most UK bank accounts don't charge account keeping fees, Lloyds TSB charges £7 a month.
*can not pay bills into an account at a branch with offshore account.
General Comments
Lloyds TSB have been very frustrating!! It is difficult to do anything at all, and they charge you top dollar!
I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone not to use LLoyds TSB offshore banking at all.
