General Comments

Free banking, You'll realise why after 2 months !!! Slow, Slow, Slow..Direct debits not paid even though they HAD been set up. Internet banking is cumbersome and not particularly easy to use. I've been with them for 5 months, Now I'm glad I kept my HSBC account open. Free banking does come at a price, A SLOW SERVICE...
The grass isn't always greener on the other side !
