I Have using the YB Internet service since it 1st came on line. It is easy to log onto my account but not to easy to force my wy in. on the odd occasions i have been unable to remember log in No, password, or question it has been frustrating but that was my fault not YB
I would like to see a running total on the account page instead of having to use a calculator to check the my totals add up
I have found YB Internet banking easy to use not only to check balances but also to set up standing orders and payments. however something has happened to the main log in page. Please leave a good set up alone and stop trying to improve things to much. Sometimes things can be made worst.
