Nice looking website


Bad Points

Awful customer service, and they didn't have the product I paid good money for.


General Comments

I paid for a £900 rug online, and Woven Ground didn't have it in stock. I tried to get a refund, and after eventually getting hold of them to complain, they offered me another product, which I did not want, and it took me ages to get my money back!!

    I disagree with this because it does not relate to the experience or service which I had with this company. The lady I spoke ot was really helpful & their service was great.
