Bad Points

The downside is the interest rate. When I opened the account,it was one of the best around, but I'm giving serious thought about leaving and finding a better place for my money.


General Comments

I opened the account about 3 year's ago. I've used the website and phone banking. Both have been fine, no problems to mention.
I've moved house and they have changed my details without any problems.
The ISA I recently opened was simple to set up and I've had no problems. A good, easy to use bank. It is let down by their interest rate.
