General Comments

I've been happy with my Motorola C333 for maybe 2 months tops out of the 7 months I've had it. This mobile phone has given me nothing but problems. During a conversation I get cut off or the battery dies. I've made a million calls to Rogers AT&T and Motorola and there's a known glitch with the software. The battery can be full but the glitch will send a message saying that it's empty. Before this phone I had a Nokia and I never once had so much grief. It's gotten to the point where even though my year isn't up I'll gladly pay for another phone because this one's not being what it's supposed to be...convenient.

    i have the same problems with my phone. where did you hear/read about this "known glitch?" thank you.

    I called Rogers AT&T Support (that's who I have my phone through) and they disclosed that it was something they discovered soon after the phone was released. I also spoke with Motorola directly and since then I've read the same comments from other users.
