Good Points

Where do I start if your looking for a rifle that defines the continued improvement in airguns then look no further the AIRWOLF is all that and more,

Let me explain I have some real experience with firearms I spent 5yrs as a covert rifleman (sniper) with the royal regiment of wales and have had airguns since the age of around 15 firtsly as many have concerntrating on springers because thats all that was around in them days and everyone would tell you to buy .22 and not to bother with the smaller less efficient calibre of .177 and who ever heard of a .20 calibre...? anyway I'm deviating from the important topics here.

1. The Daystate Airwolf is an awesome looking rifle with nothing but the greatest attention to detail, exactly what you would expect from Daystate. You have to understand for me to love the looks of this rifle so much is nothing short of a miracle as to now I have tended to go for the more military looking rifles like the Gunpower Storm etc whilst the Storm is an exceptional rifle it couldn't even start to compete with the Airwolf on any level.

2. upon firing this rifle is completely dead and takes a while to get used to but believe me it shoots like nothing out there and took a grand total of 3 pellets (Daystate Select FT Pellets) to zero in on my MTC Mamba 3 - 12 x 44 with SCB Illumunated Reticle and once that was done well lets just say its a pleasure to shoot would be an understatement, this could be advertised as a point and shoot or very nearly a fire and forget weapon.

3. dimensions are as follows:

Length 41inches 104cm
Weight 400cc bottle - 8.1lbs 3.7kg
500cc bottle - 8.6lbs 3.9kg
Shots Per Charge
400cc Bottle - 240 shots in .177cal 340 shots in .22cal
500cc Bottle - 350 shots in .177cal 550 shots in .22cal

My advice is to go for the .177 with the 400cc Bottle this feels much more balanced than what the 500cc Bottle does.

Bad Points

Only one the initial out lay is around '£1100 but believe me once you have shot it it seems cheap at double the price.
