Good Points

None at all. Absolutely dreadful company. DO NOT USE!


Bad Points

They were incredibly bad at customer service. Once I paid for the limo - they didn't help at all. Never phoned back when I left messages. Never replied to emails. Also tried to make me pay more money.


General Comments

Absolutely appalling! Basically the person that you book the limo with - is the ONLY person in the office who can deal with your booking in the future. I told this person, when I booked the limo, that I would confirm the time of pick up nearer the date. I called two weeks before the date of the booking, and he told me (abruptly) to email him the details. I did. No repsonse. Emailed again. No response. Phoned to be told by a very unhelpful and rude member of staff that I should phone again because the man I needed was off sick. Phoned again, man still off sick. I was now getting panicked. I needed the limo in a weeks time, and no one in the office would correct the time of pick up on my details, or indeed confirm the pick up point! I asked, very politely, if another employee could help - was told, again very rudely, that no - only this person who took the booking could deal with it. But what if he is off for the entire two weeks leading up to the booking? I said - then you won't know where to send the limo. They laughed! I asked this man's name as he was SO vulgar and rude, and he refused to give it, before virtually hanging up. All this - and i was paying over £600 for the limo. I finally phoned the limo company directly (A1 limos - phone them directly - they are FAB!) and they resolved it.
