Poor communication,
BAD treatment of customers,
Poor customer service when trying to contact the call centre,
Put on hold for 30 mins and person never bothered to come back to the phone.
Takes a good 20- 30 mins to be connected to a customer advisor
Breaking promises made in replying to queries.
Never called back when they said they would
Booked a holiday with them to later discover that the prices for the time we are booked to go are not even out yet and Disney Paris are not bringing new prices out until May!
When confronted them they told me I was charged last years prices!!! I am not happy and have contacted Trading Standards, Thomas Cook Direct still don't want to know and refused to let me speak to a manager, my phone calls keep getting fobbed off and promises to call back to solve the issue have been broken.
I would have liked to be told before booking that the price they have given me is based on last years prices and new prices come out in May, then I would have had a choice to either book now or wait...
BUT I was rushed and felt pressured as they told me the time Iwant to go is getting very booked up!
