I really like the fact that they use local rate numbers as well as free phone numbers, not like other providers who use 0845 numbers which are quite expensive.
No bad point so far and I have had my connection for 6 months now
When I received my modem I wasn't sure how to set up the whole thing, all I had to do was call Waitrose's local rate customer service and an advisor help me set up my internet step by step and was very helpful and I was surprised that at 12 midnight there was someone there to help me do all this.
