Real person to talk to and easy to get to help line, on the one occasion I wanted help. often get 6meg rates. we have 3 sites for the last 6 months, with free phone calls (1500 mins) our phone bills are much lower.
No problems so far, just always works. we have a VPN running on the 3 sites and don't get problems with the lines.
In the first place they were very helpfull in sorting out problem with the line quality. They got hold of BT to sort out the line, and chased BT to get the work done.
