1.2sxi so so slugish, gearbox is shit car falls apart

ok had my corsa 1.2 sxi for two years now i want to dump a bigger engine in it before my old one blows up again.... can any one help me. wot size do i need im 19 ive got money wot do i need to change? email back asap help is needed! thanks
