Appalling installation service.
Appalling customer care
According to the "customer care" operative the delivery men are only allowed five minutes to install a washer/ dryer and if the pipe has to be fed behind a cupboard they are not allowed to do this. This is not advised to customers when ordering - they are happy to take your money and even happier to leave an unistalled product sitting in the middle of the kitchen.
I will never use Comet again. Bring back the small personal retailer and customer service.
