It works and helps get your head straight about why you ate the way you did.
The money... but having said that I spent more before I started the diet and I was fat! Stinky breath is another side affect and hair loss (only mild-about the same as when I had my daughter).
WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I DO LIGHTERLIFE SOONER! I am now in week 7 of Development. I lost just short of 5 stone in my Foundation 14 weeks and I am now 86lbs lighter than when I started (thats 6stone 3lbs in just over 4 months). It is an idiot proof diet... you either stick to it and loose the weight or you cheat and don't. Its that's simple. I have stuck to it, but not let my social life suffer. I still go out with friends and families for meals and either sit there with some Earl Grey or take a soup sachet and ask the restaurant to make it up for me. I don't feel like I'm missing out... I feel like the happiest person in the world and at times rather smug... but hey why not... Its only fair after having such will power.
The therapy has also been fantastic, getting all those issues out in the open. Well worth £66.00 p/wk... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LighterLife!
