General Comments

Imagine applying for a loan and being accepted. You send the required documentation promptly in anticipation...nothing happens. When you phone they tell you loan has been declined because they don't have a licence to trade in N. Ireland. It would have been great to have been informed rather than waiting in vain and what's more they can't find the personal documentation that was sent. Regardless of the ability to trade in one or other parts of the UK the service was dreadful and indicative of their incompetence in being unable to detect the flaw in the application. Approach with caution.
