Last 20 deliveries delivered late
Accidentally paid an invoice twice, they did not notify me nor apply the extra to my account, when I caught it they said that the extra payment had been place in a "special account"
General Comments
Have tried a huge number of times to resolve the issues, even gone as far as writing to the Board of Directors and senior management. Managing director has not accepted my phone calls for the past three weeks
