charge £50 to return unwanted item


General Comments

Bought a larder fridge from them, but I accidentally bought the standard version instead of the larder version, rang them up and they charged me £50 ( courier charge). I hadn't even opened the product. Terrible!

    If you think about this from the Retailers point of view, they would have to pick up all the costs for the appliance to be delivered, picked up, then taken back to the manufaturer. Pick up all the costs themselves.

    All because you ordered the wrong one,

    Is that fair??
