General Comments

Flew to Paris via Cairo - Egypt Air lost my luggage on the way there and offered no service whatsoever during my stay in Paris.
When I returned, I lodged a complaint and through persistent calls received my luggage a month after returning home.
The bag including several items have been damaged and to date the airline has no addressed my utter dissatisfaction at the way they handle my complaint, offered no compensation for costs and inconvenience caused and not once did they apolagise.
The WORST airline I have ever flown with - cost me time, money and mental stress!!
