Good picture, easy to use, good facilities
Will not take mpeg2 so not able to show video clips from Sony Camcorder from family in US. If you switch it off with the hand control and then the power goes off at the socket, then the frame will come back on automatically by itself. Went away on holiday to find we had a power cut and the frame was switched on. This must be a safety fault.
Kodak have been unable to solve these issues in emails and have taken 2 to 3 weeks to reply to emails, poor service.
