I think that Natwest, especially the one in Blytheswood Square Glasgow provides a very very poor service. They seem unable to help with anything and make it impossible to lodge a complaint. I have been in a number of days in a row only to be told each day that there is no one available to help. My issue is a very serious one and needs to be cleared up as soon as possible, i find their lack of customer care absolutely appalling.
