worst bank ever been customer for 18 years and there service is rubbish just one example wanted to increase overdraft for one month to take into account a payment that was going to come out which would have put me over the limit but they said no so when they rang me to tell me i was over my limit and i was getting charged i was not best pleased as i tried to sort it out and then pretty much demanded i paid 200 there and then.
