erm.... struggling here...... yep - none!
on numerous occasions i checked the internet download speed we were receiving and it always came out around 5ookb/s HALF A MEGABYTE. this was outrageous as we were paying for up to eight
i feel these offer a poor service as when we decided to leave Supanet they then offered us cheaper deals with discounts and free evening calls etc - yet they were happy to let us pay normally when we contimplating about leaving.
I think the company being so bad though is shown well as when we were signing up for BT internet over the phone the operator asked,
'So who are you with now?'
and we responded,
'Supanet'
'Oh,' says the operator ' i haven't heard of them before'
HAHA what a joke, BT of all companies haven't even heard of Supanet, showing me that 'Supanet' are is more like Supas**t!
