erm...good if you have hours to spend there and want to walk around
just about everything.
it's crowded and disorderly and messy.
luggages have been left behind in Heathrow (and no where else which surprising considering how I travel at least once a year for the past 18 years)
terrible airport.
one of the worse I've been to.
I'd rather be in one of those tiny airports where you have to walk to the plane and board.
probably good for people who love airports and don't mind lost luggages and are not in a rush to make it in time to make it to a connecting flight taking off in half an hour.
