General Comments

I have bought a book from ecampus.com, and they mentioned that orders over $59 are qualified for free shipping. I had been charged with the shipping due to a hidden statement saying that not all the buyers/seller qualifies. I just find this a wrong way of doing business. If you are a potential buyer be careful what you are charged for, as you may end up paying a lot more than you think. You can probably find even better deals on the Internet. I'm posting here a copy of my discussion with ecampus.com

Hi, I have placed my order that qualified for free shipping. I have selected the "standard" shipping. However, I could see that I've been charged for shipping. Please change the shipping option from the current one that shows a charge of .... to the standard (free for orders over $59) shipping that I'm entitled to. Thank you.

Hello. As stated on our site, Marketplace orders do not qualify for the free shipping promotion. Thanks again.

I understand what you say in your email. Still I consider this being a tricky way, the way that this was stated on the website. I should've check other peoples FB first. I have found a lot of negative FB. Here's one for you http://www.reviewcentre.com/review242154.html. I'll post mine also.
