General Comments

I ordered Rotors and pads for my Magnum. Went to put them one and found that the website descriptions were completely wrong. The parts sent were for a Chrysler 300C or Magnum with the V8 (mine is the V6). So the rotors were too big and the pads were too big as well. Customer Service actually gave me attitude about why I wanted to return the parts (not good to put the customer on hold by putting the phone down and then complaining to your manager in the background - was not happy about hearing that conversation and things that the Rep was saying to the Manager). Oh and this is the second order that they screwed up for me - in a row!!! Very Very BAD!!!!!!
