Nice clean room and fresh towels daily. Staff were very nice and helpful, hotel pools were immaculate. Food was very nice
Bad Points
Could do more with their entertainment, may be its better in the peak season?
General Comments
I had a great all inclusive holiday at the end of January this year 2008. The hotel was wonderful for the price I paid. I must say the reviews I read before I left for this hotel were really bad and I was very worried and nearly canceled my holiday because of them. I am glad I didn't as the hotel was nothing like the reviews. the only two things I would fault would be the enterainment at the hotel and even though the food was good it did get a little bit repetitive. I was told by the staff that the hotel is now under new management and that many members of staff were fired in november 07 as the hotel demanded better standards for their guests. I would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to my family and friends.
