Great if you're slightly/very technical. They have tech people at the end of their phones, don't block any ports and will give you (no charge) as many static IP addresses as you need.
Bad Points
Only Mon - Fri office hours support.
General Comments
Whilst they are not the cheapest, they are very knowledgable. Unlimited download outside of office hours and static ip makes them very good for people who need that kind of thing.
Whenever I've had a question, the person who answered the phone has been able to help directly, without being put on hold or transfered to another call centre.
I would recommend Andrews and Arnold Broadband Internet .
