Good Points

Unlike some other reviews I have had no bad experience. I have obtained 2 phones each with £45 from quidco, The first unfortunately had an Orange contract and calls continually dropped out at my residence but the supplier was not to blame. I have received my first cheque back with a very pleasant letter. The redemption form took a while to arrive for the first phone and I did call and email and was dealt with very professionally but the second one came after only a few days. So I must say so far so good. Both phones were supposed to be clearance but if fact were brand new with original seal intact. Delivery and connection were spot on, and delivery was by Royal Mail which suits me fine, City link drive me mad. Even my wife has approved of my purchases. Both phones are supurb an Ericson K810i locked to Orange, and a Nokia 6300 not locked. It is hard to make a preference but if I did choose I would want to keep the Nokia it just feels so nice somehow, whereas the Ericsson is just that little bit more clunky but does have a proper flash built in.

Bad Points

I am struggling to find any bad points, It is annoying that their support department uses an 0870 number but I found a normal number from saynoto0870 which made me feel much better.

General Comments

If you have a problem with your phone make sure you get it sorted as soon as possible as if you dont the way in which it is dealt with changes. After a certain period of time any fault has to be dealt with under a repair scheme rather than a replacement scheme. The problem with the repair scheme is that you will be without your phone for longer while the repair takes place and you may find that you are exposed to issues such as if the phone is dropped or wet and you may be charged for the repair, You may also be charged if the phone is not faulty, so check the phone out as soon as you receive it and if it does not work contact the supplier immediately. I was not aware that the phone I would receive would be locked or not so if you need an unlocked phone you should determine this issue prior to purchase. I have had to award a rating of 9 as this has to be the best deal I have had since I got married over 26 years ago which would have to be 10.
