Good Points

We found the fridge freezer we wanted!


Bad Points

Customer Services called us the next day following the order to say they cannot get the normal couriers to deliver and will therefore have to use another company, if we accept we will be charged another £5 for this.
The 7-10 day delivery guidelines we got was not kept, as a month on it had not arrived.
No contact from the company to apologise for delay or explain it.
There was not a lot of notice of delivery. We were contacted the night before the morning of delivery!! (people do work...and annual leave has to be arranged in advance)


General Comments

They were quick enough to ask for more money, even though we thought it was their problem if they could not use their normal couriers.

But what was most disappointing was the wait for the delivery. We were considering cancelling the order not long before we had the phone call to confirm the delivery time.
