Bad Points
In my opinion - Expensive

- Bad control panel with restricted features.
General Comments
Have a couple of domains hosted. The control panel (misguidingly called cpanel) is far from easy - its pretty featureless and not at all optimized for usability. No decent mySQl handling - illogically structured and plain bad interface.
The hosting in itself has been unstable with varying uptime.
I expect value for money in regards to customer support - especially at this price. However, I have now waited for about 6 hours for responses to tickets clearly marked as urgent - still no response.
