Good Points

The ship was very clean, and boarding at Savona was straight forward. State rooms clean and cabin staff very pleasant and helpful.


Bad Points

Smoking aboard the ship and in the lobby, not pleasant for non smokers. Information desk and staff not pleasant and not helpfull, infact quite rude!


General Comments

Having looked forward to this holiday with my family I was not very impressed with the service and certain aspects of this cruise and it's reception staff. We had several querries with the reception staff, over state rooms that were booked, and were told there was nothing that they could do about it. Infact, the attitude that they portrayed was that "they didn't care, and to take it up with the tour company which we booked with"
Breakfast time in the dinning room was total chaos, I complained to the Maitre D about the attitude and rudeness of the staff on the first morning, and infact we didn't get our breakfast that we ordered. We were given complimentary bottles of wine at dinner, but decided not to go back to dinning room for breakfast anymore!
I enjoyed the cruise itinary, the ship was clean, but I would not suggest this cruise ship to my friends.
