Excellent Vehicle, brand new, lucky we were the first to use, collection in terminal at T4 and return to same terminal, could not fault, young lady who met us was most helpful, and it was really refreshing for such great service
None i could find, I am an experienced traveller, and car rental can be bad especially with the big names!
Overal the best car rental company we have used. We never had to pay a deposit as we selected the extra insurance, as you never know what will happen, if some car drives or hits you, you are liable and it happened to us when we hired from hertz and they kept our deposit. I would recommend taking out insurance with any car rental company, because you will have to be pretty stupid to think you will not be liable if you damage your vehicle, to be fair, we never forgived hertz for it, and it wasnt really there fault, although the service was not good for them, will keep you posted if things change with Carhireuk and we will use them for every trip this summer!
