ordered bathroom 20/10/07 and still waiting!!! Delivery has been set up by them twice and they did not deliver. They are now telling me they are still eaiting for one part of the order and are refuing to deliver the rest of it. People have said cancel it but we've waited this long. What's the next move?
I've been phoning the store and the home delivery service most days for the last 2 weeks. Friday was the 2nd day set up for delivery by the carriers. My parents spent 5 hours waiting for the delivery at my house and no one phoned to say the goods were not going to be delivered. I feel Watchdog or a similiar prog should be involved with this. Anyone had similar experience?
