Good Points
The second part of the dvd is the best (boxersize) it really gets your heart pumping, and you really feel you have done a really good work out.
Bad Points
The core stability part of the dvd, I haven't yet mastered but I am sure i will get there in the end.
General Comments
The DVD is a great workout, and if done everyday, you will see a difference in 2 weeks, I even noticed a difference in a couple of days with my arm and legs being more toned.
