Good Points

I was never charged an initial fee for this card. I paid the balance in full every month as long as the balance was below $100.00 and was never any other fees. Had excellent credit with them.


General Comments

They were a good company as long as I paid my bill in full each month, but now I can't understand how my bill was $400.00, I paid $100.00 and now my bill is over $500.00. I used my card at Christmas to buy presents and also moved the next month and had a lot of moving expenses. I used it on line also. I ran up my balance to over $400.00. Upon receiving the next statement, I immediately called them and made a payment of $100.00. I cancelled this card because some on-line companies had continued to charge my card each month even though I had cancelled my orders or subscriptions. They supposedly cancelled this card and issued me another one. I have never received the new one yet, but when I called to check my balance on the old one, they told me it was over $500.00.
They either allowed these on-line companies to keep charging my card or they charged me an outrageous fee for something. Can't wait to hear their explanation!
