Lasted 20 years, with several mattresses but one motor went bad, out of warranty. Shipped from Tampa at about $125.00 Installed myself, very simple. They offered to install for a nominal fee, but said it was simple. I have only one leg and it was easy to do on one leg. Best bed i have owned , lasted 20 years and still sleeping on it to this day. No bad points. Want to buy another one. Looking for a new one because the box springs are weak after 20 years at my 200 lbs plus, what should you expect. Great bed. (wife's side is still great, she's lighter.
