No towels also tried to charge me for new padlock after i forgot mine at home wasnt impressed!!!

General Comments

virgin gym birmingham broadway plaza joined into the diamond contract to find out they automatically renew ur 12 mth contract every year if u do not give notice within the last 30 days was not told this when i joined very dissapointed at there service!!! and after talking to receptionists and manager very reluctant to help me in anyway!!
