General Comments

I have sent two claims forms one from our vet and one from the specialists. My vet sent the form off on the 12 Jan it is now the 8th of feb and after numerous phone calls have been told they are being processed!!!! The bills amount to £500 and who has that amount of spare cash. Should of stuck with pet plan yes there premiums are higher but they pay out in days!!!!
