Their cashback system is utterly atrocious, and despite complying with their instructions, I had to fight tooth and nail for every payment. Claims were paid only after I kicked up a massive fuss, and each claim was at least two months late (and I was one of the fortunate ones!).

Their customer service team were downright rude, and on one occasion, the woman even refused to put me through to the right department! Their website publishes glowing feedback comments from their supposed customers.
