Bad Points

Poor customer service - when they made a mistake not willing to put things right.


General Comments

1. Sent my docs to wrong address.
2. Blamed me for address error (Duh!!)
3. Promised replacement docs next day.
4. No docs next day or even that week.
5. They make millions of pounds profit but refused to pay for a courier to make good bad service when replacement docs did not arrive.
5. Could/would not ride bike on road with no docs as proof of insurance.
6. Docs arrived two weeks later which include someone else's certificate also.
7. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! (Not surprisingly)
