Easy to use.
Great steamer.
Looks fine on my kitchen counter.
Easy to take apart and clean.
I have worked this machine without mercy over the past four years; am totally lax in my maintenance regime, and yet the thing keeps on keeping on. It has never failed to perform. I strongly recommend it to any and all heavy-duty coffee lovers.
