General Comments

My mom, wife and my 8 month old baby are expected to land in Hyderabad at 12:00AM on Feb 7th 08. 1. ) I have asked for help to pick them up as soon as they land in Frankfurt and drop them at the Gate for the connecting flight. And I told them that they are traveling with an infant. They stick to their jackass rule that it requires 5 day notice. In the end they re-routed to Delhi-Hyderabad in Air-India flight.

2.) I called again to find the their travel arrangements and I was told that they are traveling coming in 9940 air india flight which is non-existent.
3.) Lufthansa told me that they are coming in Jet airways flight number 9w8257. Then I called Jet air ways they said that no one is traveling with such last name.

4.) All re-routed flights are supposed to land at 8:20AM and now the time is 12:15PM nobody knows where they are.I don't like Lufthansa big time.
