Online support is horrible
Mobile banking does not work.
The worst phone support in the world .
General Comments
I have banked with Wamu for 7 years really happy, I opened an account to get the mobile banking on my BlackBerry it never worked.
I closed the account after 6 weeks of horrible online support and rude phone support...
